Although I like the whole cd and it's growing on me tremendously, my favorite song is "Silent Scream". That 11 or 12 minutes has about everything I want in a song.It actually takes me back to the early 70's with it's style. Anybody else? I might have another favorite in a few days

Right now I like Mr. Man.

Warren should play Mr. Man into War Pigs

Right now I enjoy Little Toy Brain, Wine and Blood, No Celebration, Silent Scream and Perfect Shelter. I've been spinning the cd incessantly since I got it a couple days ago. It's really great and definitely sounds like Mule, I hope they record some more stuff in the coming years.

I'm all about silent scream right now--I like the Gilmour meet Radiohead sound. I can't wait to hear the long, slow jams that will come out of this one live.

i'm probably gonna go with the "rockers" bad man, lola and mr. man. as well as new world blues. these songs as well as the whole album are smokers live. the jams at the ends of lola and new world blues are insane live. lola as a whole band piece and new world blues as just warren wailing kind of like the end of far away.

Would you agree that Mr. Man is George Bush?

"About to Rage" was the first tune to grab me. It seemed appropriate with the hurricanes and darkening political sky. Now I'm diggin' the changing songscape of "No Celebration". "Perfect Shelter", "Silent Scream", "Lola Leave Your Light On", "Slackjaw Jezebel", "Wine & Blood", "My Seperate Realty", "Mr. Man", "New World Blues", "Little Toy Brain", and "Bad Man Walking" are great tunes too.

I've had the disc in my car and playing at home constantly since the Atlanta show. I like it more each spin. I'm excited about seeing them in Athens. I'm thinking the new tunes will really pull my plow now that I'm more familiar with them. I'm pretty sure the show will be louder and grimier... my kinda Mule.

I've been listening to this alot and it's hard to pick a favorite. No Celebration has the edge over the others right now, but the whole CD is fantastic.

I'm so glad Danny Louis is in this band. I love his sound, it fits in beautifully.

Great recording top to bottom! My first Mule studio album,so nothing to compare it to. Kinda like it that way since I had no preconceptions of what it "should" sound like,I think I'm going to get the rest of their discs in reverse order.Anyway, can't wait to hear these songs live again! Happy first day of fall! Leaves have fallin' all around, time I was on my way!

I'm REALLY feelin "Perfect Shelter" and "Silent Scream"(especially the end...VERY 70's with that Pink Floyd meets later Led Zep groove!)
"Lola leave your light on"is VERY old school Mule to me!Simplicity of words driven by hard poundin music!
