Last night there was a book discussion and signing with Duane's daughter. Gregg also participated in the talk. The discussion was pretty interesting and Barnes and Noble union square let you take as many pictures as you wanted.
Gregg left early and went outside and was able to sign a few items for people before getting in his car.
I was a bit surprised how few people were there given the chance to hear Gregg talk and get an autograph as he left. I did shake his hand and told him I'd see him on the 25th and 26th, although he obviously didn't have much to say. Still surprising when you see him in person how he can sing with all the energy he still has. He is generally very soft spoken and quiet.

Galadrielle is being interviewed left and right and is doing a nice job promoting her book. She knows what to say about it and she's a thoughtful speaker. There were some good questions last night, but I did think that they overlooked some of the best parts of the book: Galadrielle really brings the scene around the Big House to life. If you weren't there at the time, you'll feel like you were. She does the same with Duane and Gregg and Geraldine Allman's home life.

I only heard about half the interview these two did for SiriusXM JamON station on Sunday, but what I heard Galadrielle did about 95% of the talking. She was indeed very articulate and thoughtful, bordering on long-winded and over-communicative at times, I thought.

they walked a fine line not to give up to much of the book..
I kind of felt bad when galadrielle and gregg spoke about how they each lost
there dads at the age of 2. That was something I just never thought about.
Good people all around the place and a nice night.
they had the section roped off and it was about 90% full.
Gregg autographed my copy of one way out so it was a home run night.
