I once thought that I would like to run the NY Marathon someday. McDonalds got in the way of that one. (g)

Good luck breaking your time. My best wishes are with you.

Be safe.

Good luck but please be careful. We just had a marathon here in Motown where three people died. Keep the ABB tunes rolling but watch yourself, ok?

No, they just died because they pushed themselves too hard.

Go Sully!!! Very cool goal you've set for yourself here and you've got those well wishes and prayers for a good race - safely run and finished strongly!

Chris, I think this is bad to the damn bone! I'd love to hear how you built up to it. As for the upcoming race, pick your favorite ABB guitarist and then choose to ignore his playing in the first part of the race until you hit the wall, wherever that may be. Then, kick it all into gear, dig deep and find that fifth wind, then roll on and run your way back where to it all begins. When I am on a three hour-plus trip in my cousins car to see some relatives, that works for me, man.

You're welcome.

Full report, Bro.

DH

Congrats to your wife, Moe. I've heard that the Marine Corp marathon finishing hill is a killer.

She did well for her first one, I am proud of her. Yes, that hill leading up to the finish at the Iwo Jimo memorial is cruel.

It was very impressive to see marines running in full outfits, work boots, and carrying their backpacks full of supplies.... It is impressive to see and very motivating.

Sully,
Here's the forecast for Sunday. "Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 61".
Bad news, man. That's way too warm with sun. Above 60 and people start going down big time. If there's humidity it will be worse.
Try to remain flexible. Generally, if the temp is 60 degrees or above, toss the goals out the window. Go slow and steady and enjoy the scenery and tunes. Best of luck.
