Yeah, that's a really cool little inside peak. My personal favorite HTN track is High Cost of Low Living.

Inst. Illness. Sticks out like a sore thumb. The rest is mediocre. The playing is smoking, I just feel the uninspiredness of the material. They should do more tunes like this. Sorry for the bluntness, Mule is about to be on.

Maydell for sure. I usually listen to the whole CD and give Maydell an extra spin.

In no particular order:

Firing Line, High Cost Of Low Living, Desdemona, Woman Across The River, Old Before My Time, Maydell, Heart of Stone, Who To Believe, Rocking Horse, Old Friend, Instrumental Illness.

But that's it. I don't like any other songs on that album. They're all garbage except for the ones listed above

Y'know, I had my Dad send me the CD as soon as it came out in the states. Gave it a first listen as pause music at a festival I was sound engineer at. Kinda low background level. I noticed many in the crowd tappin', noddin, boppin', whatever to some of the tunes. The whole cd was played. I kinda thought it was half-lame, to be honest, but I was working and not really listening. Maybe 4 people asked me if it was ABB, otherwise they're kinda unknown here amongst the rabble.
Then after festival season was over I gave it a few more listens, kinda backgroundish still. I guess I like "Old" the best at this point. Not being pressured by knowing new tunes for concerts, I can savor it a good long time. I'm still looking forward to a good sit down and listen session. I actually have it placed on top of the stereo so I can be reminded of the good things to come....as I'm putting on the Disney Collection for Kids (or whatever) for my 2 yr old to listen to, again and again ad nauseum.

An expatriate fan

Desdemona! Not only is it my favorite track but its already an all-time fave for me. I love that song! #2 is "Illness" then High Cost and Who to Believe.

I find it really cool that most of us love these songs live and want to hear them as much as the older songs..they have REALLY grown on us. Just wonderful tuness...all of them. A great CD!
