Im starting to get the "what should we get you for christmas?" from relatives, my bday is approaching too, so I figured I could always add a few DVDs to the mix. Ive already got:

Rising Low
Beacon 03 ABB
Woodstock
Grateful Dead - Winterland Closing
ABB Great Woods
ABB Love Valley
ABB Duane Footage
Clapton Crossroads 07

What Im already getting myself: Please Call Home/Tom Dowd Documentary/Festival Express/The Last Waltz (someday)

Im looking for anything from 1940-2009, concert footage, interviews, documentaries, ect ect.. My favorite bands are ABB/Mule/Dead/DTB/ and anything that has to do with any of them. Im also very into old blues artists, muddy/wolf/johnson/kings/guy/SRV/clapton/winter/ ect ect.

Thanks for whatever you dudes/ettes come up with.

Pink Floyd - Pulse

These guys are unbelievable. I wasn't much of a fan until I watched this show. I appreciate Gilmours guitar work so much more after watching it. It is worth the cost of addmission

Big Sin City, Dagmar's Hot Pants, What the Parrot Saw and Blow the Man Down. Those should give you hours of viewing enjoyment. But there is always the Cream Reunion that has parts of Creams last performance.

Thanks a lot.....forgot i have PULSE and Gimmie Shelter, but great stuff.

I just started watching this "Jazz Greats" thing on Ovation?.......not sure the actual name, the tv guide says "ovat". Its had Miles, Monk, Montgomery, Coltrane stuff too, and a couple others. Anyone know if that material is on DVD?

Derek Trucks Band Songlines Live is a must!

I love The Kids Are Alright (Who), that Zeppelin self-titled DVD that came out a few years back, Stevie Ray Live at El Mocambo, and Wilco: Ashes of American Flags.

If you're into the old blues guys I highly recomment the 3 volume "American Folk Blues Festival", covering a period from 1962 to 1969. So many of the classic blues players given their just due in quality video settings thanks to a couple of Germans with a great love for the music.

Freebird the Movie-good documentary and great concert footage!
Little Feat- Live at Rockpalast- I'm not sure if this one is still easy to find, but it is worth looking for. This band was unreal with Lowell George!!

Volunteer Jam. Billed as The First Full-Length Southern Rock Motion Picture.

Marshall Tucker Band rocks on this one and there is Dickey Betts singing Sweet Mama and playing on Mountain Dew.

Also has Chuck Leavell, Jimmy Hall and Dru Lombar

Oh yeah, that website is awesome...and to echo the last guy...have you ordered much from this site and your comments?

That "NEW" Dickey Betts & GS live at the rockopalast thing from germany is freakin awesome...blows that hall of fame dvd to pieces...
I echo the american blues & roots music series...footage is so clear...they really did a great job on that series...some really neat footage!

Great thread.
