Forgive me. Are we referring to Jack Pearson here? Was it a co-headline or did one sit in with the other? It sounds like a marvelous evening.

Tapers were indeed allowed. I hope word got out to them. The world needs to hear this show.

There were at least two there. I talked to one, asked him to post some info on this site.

This is a must have. Truly exceptional.

Indeed it was a marvelous night. Rain held off, sky didn't fall or nothing. There were tapers and there will be copies to be had. Our friend Rydethewind will be first in line. You're going to have to be nice to him if you want one!
Dick, it was a direct support billing with Derek as healiner. Since you don't follow the band, I'll fil you in.
Jack Pearson is a former member of the Allman Brothers Band, the band you love to hate.
Mr. Pearson left the band in 1999 and was replaced by a gentleman named Derek Trucks. Both of the aforementioned have an unusually above average competence with electric guitars. Hope this helps.
Edit: It was a good friendly crowd that crossed all the demographics. Using the tea-bagger method of crowd counting, there were over a quarter million people in attendance.
