Happy B Day ! I can honestly say seeing him at age 16 changed my life in some ways. Nobody sweet talks a guitar like B.B. except maybe Dickey.

It's unbelievable that he's still out there playing as many shows as he does each year. Live At The Regal is one of the best live albums of all time. It'd be cool to see BB onstage with The Allmans. They could do Stormy Monday together, & also they'd sound good doing Rock Me Baby.

That would be cool and very appropriate. This is the man who turned Duane and Gregg on to the blues, right?

Happy Birthday, B.B. King!

One night I was driving down the road listening to a college blues show when they put on Live at Cook County Jail.....They played the intro with all the booing for the judge and warden and kicked into Everyday I have the Blues.....The bass line and drums are so tight and driving then at the end they immediately go into How Blue can you get and BB hit's this note in the middle of his solo that seemed to last for a week...it made my hair stand up,,,back when I had some...and I think I drove my big toe right through my shoe....I ran to Tower records and bought the album that night....some of the most incredible blues playing and singing

Happy B Day BB......
