Just an FYI in case anybody is interested ... saw an advertisement today that NBC Dateline will be featuring a special on 'Woodstock - 40 years later' this Friday night ... 8PM here in Middle Earth.

For those of you in New York, festival producer Mike Lang will be in town to sign copies of his new book THE ROAD TO WOODSTOCK. He will be at Barnes & Noble on Wednesday August 12th at @7PM. The Barnes & Noble bookstore is located at 2289 Broadway.

And later this month (believe this one opens around 8/28 ... looks pretty funny and although I haven't been to a movie theater for some years I've already made plans with my 60's hippie friends to don our tie dye and hit the theater for this one )

The lady who cuts my hair actually went to Woostock. I asked her if she was anywhere
in the movie and she said, "Nope, I was just a skinny young thing. You wouldn't recognize me."

Read 2 very good books on Woodstock recently. Pete Fornatel's Back to the Garden and Michael Langs The Road to Woodstock. Check them out.

cant wait to get up there for the ABB 8/26
