I saw Ian play Westbury Music a few years back and it was an excellent show. I think you will enjoy it

I've seen Jethro Tull a few times over the years and never been disappointed. Last time I saw Ian Anderson was maybe 3 or 4 years ago and heavy on accoustic and I loved it.

I saw Jethro Tull a couple of times back in the '70s,(once on the War Child tour in '75, once on the Heavy Horses tour in '78) but never have seen Ian Anderson solo. The two JT shows were incredible!!

Saw Tull back in the early 70's on the "Thick As A Brick" tour ... but what is probably of more relevance is that I saw a TV documentary last year which included footage from recent tours ... including acoustic footage ... and they were still remarkably good ... if Tull / Ian Anderson come around my way I will definately go to see them / him ...

I am a fan of Jethro Tull but have rotten luck with them. I think I have seen them only three times, but for two of those (and they were about five years apart) Ian Anderson was hobbling around and in a testy mood due to some injury. He's a gamer for sure, but it was disappointing to see him all cranky like that. So, check the injury report if you can.

I saw Jethro Tull back in the 70s. Ian and the band were great! I haven't seen or heard anything about Ian lately. I think I'd take a chance on him.

5 times total....but always with Tull...never solo.

Starting with the "Thick as a Brick" Tour.

Only one bad show, Anderson had a broken leg and the band just went through the motions.

You can be pretty damn sure he's gonna give you a good show.

Seen Tull many times and always good except for one show that kind of bored me. The thing I find funny is that I believe he had a broken leg at that show. If that is the case then between Kenny's opinion and mine, maybe they should have stayed home that tour. I get them mixed up but I think it may have been the Underwraps tour.

I saw Jethro Tull at Bumbershoot in Seattle in 1998, and they were pretty good. I enjoyed the show.

Tull Charlotte '75 ... again probably would help ... Lol! I thought they were great. Ian Anderson solo acoustic raises some interesting possibilities. "Living In The Past" was one of my favorite albums way, way back when. Go see it and report back. Anyway thanks for the memories.
