As many of you know by now Randy (TopDroog) Stone has recently suffered the devastating loss of his beloved wife and unborn child. In addition to the overwhelming grief and pain he and his boys are suffering. Randy is also in need of some financial assistance, as he is somewhat behind the proverbial 8 ball. Anyone that can render any type financial assistance by way of check, money order, western union, wal-mart cards (or others) will be greatly appreciated.

Randy has always been the one to face the fire when others are in need. He was the one that got the ball rolling when the Littlewood's and the Seaman's needed our help. Now, he needs our help. Any help, no matter how small.

His address:
Randy Stone
2063 W. Jarvis Ave., #3
Chicago, Illinois 60645

And to, if anyone wants to start a raffel of any kind please feel free to do so. It will be appreciated.

Thank You!

I know times are tough but let's show Droogie our pocketbooks are as big as our hearts. $150 check and gift certificates to Taste of Peru in the mail this evening.

Thanks for getting this ball rolling, Clay. Randy is one of the most thoughtful persons on this site and anytime (ANYtime) others here have had hardship in their lives he's been the first person who has attempted to get those people help then has gone on to keep things organized for however long was necessary to make that helping easy to accomplish for folks (though I know he invested a lot of his own time to do this). I've been feeling helpless (in addition to heartbroken) knowing this kind man finds himself facing such a tragic life challenge ... I'm glad to know there might be something I can do, no matter how small, that will give me some power over that helplessness while also hopefully providing some comfort to Randy and his sons.

I assume that the situation is different than with Capt Skip concerning donations being in Randy's name. Don't want to cause any other issues for him at all. Very kind man and I would love to do anything to help him at all.

Thanks Clay.

I distinctly remember how much he did for those other families in their hour of need. Itís hard to imagine that someone who recently gave so much of himself to help another family, winds up being the one who gets hit with a tragedy himself. Itís simply not right.

Thank you Clay for the information.

I distinctly remember too, and my family and I were some of the ones that benefitted from Droogie's efforts along with the help of MANY others of you. Im still dealing with our own family grief & money woes but I know damn well I can find some items to sell, raffle and auction to help Droogie out.
I will be back soon!

I had a conversation with someone recently (I think it was sixty8 via PM's on Facebook) about sending a floral arrangement on behalf of the famABBly. As I am unsure of Randy's wife's funeral arrangements, I'm not sure about what to do, and certainly want to abide by Randy's wishes first, and foremost. If we need to concentrate on building some contributions first, that's fine. I want to do SOMETHING, though.

Hey Dave, it would be great if you can get this same ball rolling on facebook. There's people that will see it there that might not see it here.

Dave, I would gladly contribute to a floral arrangement from all of us, as well as sending my own card with alittle added help. If you find out the details of the funeral arrangements, please let me know.

Yes, I agree with all of this. I'm gonna send Randy whatever I can but would also like to contribute to the floral arrangement. I just don't know how to coordinate it and find out where to send them.
