This cover kind of reminds me of the gate fold picture in Eat A Peach, style wise.

Terrapin Station popped into my head when I first saw it, missing the dancing terrapins though. Great cover.

i checked--Levon developed the concept for the cover & an artist did the drawing.

i listened twice to the new album & of course,i'm biased, but i love it.But,it really is superb.

The musicianship, production, harmonies, horn arrangements,& Levon's singing are all outstanding. And,for a cd it lacked the usual sonic nuisances & had a nice warm feel...not quite a record, but close. This album, imo,is not a groundbreaker like Dirt Farmer although it is a first rate album & a good representation of the broad spectrum of Levon's musical styles & interests. It also has a Band feel to it & is a perfect follow up to Dirt Farmer.....& it is Electric

Finally picked it up today, been a busy couple weeks. I love it after the first listen. Caught him on Letterman last week too, really loved Tennessee Jed live, the added energy was awesome and can only imagine the other songs with it. Wish he'd come around Michigan, going to Woodstock for a Ramble isn't really a possibilty for me right now. Maybe someday.
