In my next life, I want to come back as Tal's Fender bass!

She plays a Sadowsky bass. Great wish either way!

Just picked up her first CD "Transformation".

All songs written by her, all very listenable, mostly in a fusion sort of way.

Overall, a definate thumbs-up for a first effort.

Tal is truly one of the finest bass players around--would love to see her work with Derek more...a band consisting of Derek,Tal,Matt Abts,Doyle Bramhall,Susan T.,& Chuck Leavell with Jay Collins on a few tunes...would make a nice studio album while DTB has a break & it will really challenge Tal & bring out the power & melodic grace of her playing....i recall in ,i believe '06 when she was powering the engine with the drummers on IMOER with the ABB--she has got some mighty fine sounds

We've had the pleasure of seeing this fine young bassist several times. She's always a treat.

I saw JB last Thursday, and Tal Wilkenfeld was amazing!!! JB was playing some seriously difficult stuff and she was doubling it on bass! JB let her solo a few times and she's the real deal.
