I enjoyed the show tonight (3/28) but 3/26 was the best show I saw. I attended six shows (opening night, 3/19, 3/21, 3/23, 2/26 and 3/28) -- this show is definitely up there (probably slightly behind 3/19, with 3/23 very close).

this was #7 for me, and I just got home. this was one of the best all time shows at the beacon, and a very strong contender for best of the run. 3/26 was very special.

I'm still buzzing from tonight, and honestly not a big dead fan and in my opinion the dead never sounded so good as they did tonight...Sugaree was over the top amazing on fire, ass The Brothers added there own blend to the dead and it was great however after me going to 7 nights, thursday reigns supreme with Friday the 13th and friday the 20th with Clapton being my favs...all in all no matter how you spell it they were all GREAT......till next year....

tonight wasnt the best but it still rocked, and if you think 3/19 was the best, thats because you didnt go to 3/20. i would say they were all special in there own way but my favorite was 3/26

My vote is for the 3/26 show. I love seeing all the special guest who play with the ABB, but it was a special treat just to see the Allman Brothers Band play alone all night. Everyone in the band was so "on" Thursday night, it was a kick-ass show and the best of the Beacon run.

After seeing 15 shows this is what I thought:

#1 - 3/28 - 2nd set blew me away! So did the first!
#2 - 3/23 - Kingpins/Soul Stew .. Unbelieveable!
#3 - 3/12 - Trey and Page and Buddy Guy and Warren and Derek and everyone else...
The other 12 were great too!

Based on the fact that last night was the only night I was in building I'm biased. I'll have to review all the shows on MOOGIS a few more times to finalize my choice.

I'm a big fan of having guests, and really enjoyed most. But 3-26 was as complete an effort from the band as I have ever seen. They left it all on stage that anniversary night.

Clapton was incredible too, and seeing him take on Dreams for the first time on 3-19 was a shock, a good one. So it wins best moment or song, though 3-20's was musically better.

It would be easier to pick a least favorite show. 3-10.

I'm probably really biased on this because I was there but 3/20 was surreal and spiritual like I have never experienced.

The 26th and 27 with the 19th and 20th a close second.

It was a good run overall and I totally enjoyed each show. No show was a total bust and I look forward to catching the sets I missed on Moogis over the next few weeks.

Being a longtime fan of both the Allmans (first show Stoneybrook 1971) and the Dead (first show SPAC 1970) last nights show was truly magical.........Sure they"ve changed, Voices are different, players missing and all but their heart their soul the musical spirit burns as bright as it did 40 years back. From my wife and I thanks ever so much
