There are posts somewhere here suggesting Bonnie Bramlett and John Hammond.

I'd like to see Susan and Ron Holloway. Have yet to hear any rumors on that.

And I read on Scott Boyer's facebook page that he is in NYC, so i would look for him to sing Please Be With Me with either Derek or Tommy Talton playing Duane's slide part.

If I see Ron guest with Mule or Abb again, it'll be too soon.

Mty wild card is Dave Mason; first set "Only You Know" with Bonnie. He was in NH. last night. Tired to ask his organ player Friday in Westbury but he couldn't hear me.

My father is buddy's with Scott. When I saw this post I called him and he said that Scott told him Butch had called him a month ago and Talton/Boyer would be there. Didn't know anything else.

Good news!

eta: I have no idea as to the accuracy of that info but that's what the old man told me.

Ron Holloway is a great saxophone player and a genuinely nice person. Living in the Washington, D.C. area I have been lucky enough to have seen him play live for a little over 30 years.

Interesting. I think Ron is a great sax player and fine addition when he sits in with any band

Re; Susan. I would bet on whatever night EC plays 'Anyday." This year Warren has been the master of making all the pieces fit (Again; I'll reitirate Dave Mason for tonight with Bonnie Bramlett if he continues to run true to force) Would expect some mellow/country influenced stuf to start the show before Bonnie comes on.

Tommy Talton is to play at the HTN pe-show party on Sat 3/21 in the afternoon ... so perhaps that might be the night for a Talton / Boyer appearance?

Sure sounds logical. I hope the other CRS guys--Sandlin, Hornsby, Stewart--get invited.
Perhaps play as Hourglass. Maybe with Pete Carr.
Perhaps there will be some original GA&F players too.

I would be happy just hearing the Allman Brothers Band. No guests, no surprises. So far, I've been just this side of underwhelmed. Boz Scaggs was awesome and yes the 26th will be cool... but for my $$$... just give me Gregg, Warren & Derek.

Guests are all part of the Beacon experience!!! I think it is part of what makes it great. I also want to See Papa Mali come out. No rumors on that though. The guy is awesome. If you don't know him, check him out. I have seen him alone several times and I saw him with Mule in NOLA.

I'd love to see the Hour Glass guys join in while Gregg sings "Down In Texas".

I agree completely. A cool vibe, the band wants to do it, and rightly so.
