Seen "The Big Lebowski" so many times but everytime it cracks me up. Always some new piece of dialogue i "discover" and makes me laugh even harder than before. Funny that some movies you really love you can only watch a few times and than you don't bother to watch them anymore (or at least for many years to come). While others like "The Big Lebowski" are so addictive. Another example is "Monty Python & The Holy Grail". Another one of my all time favorites.

Which movie can you watch over and over again?

I think you should watch it again - too much of a good thing is never enough

How about "Burn After Reading?" I was thinking about picking that up for this evening.

Anyone see it?

"Burn After Reading" was enjoyable; not a classic. But, the Coen brothers on an off movie are like the ABB on an off night. You still catch a few glimpses of greatness

One of many favorite scenes is when The Dude is nailing the brace into his floor, to hold the chair up against the door knob.....to only have the bad guys open the door outward.

Then in a later scene he walks into his own place and trips over that same brace in the floor.....

Love that movie, broke down and bought it on DVD last year.

I liked it. It may be my sick sense of humor, but I was rolling on the floor laughing at the end......

Great movie...I bought GL bibs for my Grandchildren...sons loved them, the wives, not so much
Went to see a local band around halloween...the leader is a well know GL freak and was dressed as the Jesus. I had on my Sonny landreth Rock-n-Bowl bowling shirt and carried a Folgers can. Sat right in front and would hold up a sign with "Shut the **** up, Donnie" on it whenever the leader would try and say anything. Had the band breaking up all night...good times
Plus anything with a Beefheart song in the soundtrack is special
zeke

After all the hoopla above over "Burn After Reading" I watched it last night.

OK, I gotta say it was alright...I do appreciate the sense of humor and all the understatement...but I thought it was just OK.

Probably wouldn't go so far as recommending it to anyone.

The Big Lebowski is a classic! I don't know of any other movie with such great dialogue. Definitely very a very quotable movie.
