When in the full screen mode I was getting a random 1 to 2 second video freeze. It was my video display card stopping and restarting. Don't know why it was doing this but that was what an error message told me.

So, I found a button at the lower right of the small screen display that allows you to increase the size of the display by 125%, 150% 200% etc. I increased the size of the display using this method rather than the one click full screen button and there was no video freeze.

I have had some freezing issues too. I just logged off and logged back on. Worked fine after that. Every once in a while it would freeze for a few seconds. Now when I replay some shows, I have been getting a lot of freezes. I will give your method a shot tonight if that issue arises. Thanks

I'm experiencing the On Demand freezing as well. If I pause the video it will play uninterrupted for some time, but eventually the freezing starts again. I have a cable connection as well with decent speed, so its a bit of a bummer.

I don't mind letting it sit in pause though, however I wish there were an indicator that would alert me that the video is buffered enough so I knew I could play it without interruption.

This is of course just a petty gripe ... I love this Moogis business. Technology will only advance this sort of thing to where it will be just about perfect.

"OK Scotty, beam me over to the Beacon Theatre in NYC please ... "

Whoa I just thought of something better ...

"Computer, take me to The Allman Brothers Band Ludlow Garage show, April 1970. This time I'll sit ... uuummmm ... how about third row right side in front of Berry Oakly ... yeah we'll go with this ... " Then I push 'ENTER' and I'm there ...
Brilliant!

The freezing is very annoying. My plans last night were to watch the show from home on my TV thru my stereo... drink some beers, and hang out with my friends and watch the show. A mini Beacon in my family room. On average it would freeze every 10 minutes. I would have to reload the page by clicking on the 1000k or 560k connection (didn't matter which). Also, I tried the different size approach an that didn't matter. Its annoying becasue I find myself not enjoying the show as much becasue i become pre-occupied with the video feed and not the music. Its almost not worth the price if I have to reload it. It takes the fun out particularly when Derek is ripping and the feed stops!!!

I've had some of the same issues. At home it has been working flawlessly for the most part, but I was traveling on business this week, and in the hotel I couldn't get shat. I started out fine up to Buddy Guy coming on, and within 30 seconds it froze up, and essentially the rest of the night was lost. Friday was pretty much the same thing at the airport. When I got home, no problem once again. I'm assuming it has little to do with Moogis, and much to do with the network speed since I tried it on three separate networks in three separate parts of the country. It's really is frustrating, particularly since I will be traveling again all this week. If anyone has an idea of how to improve the replay please help us out here.

Experienced the same thing in hotels last week. Disabled the hotels wireless connection and went with a CAT5 line. Trouble No More.
Have to disconnect from my VPN, as well. Looking forward to the row B "connection" Monday and Tuesday.

I believe the issue complicated by wireless routers as someone else mentioned. Those of us the use wireless routers have never really taxed them as much as we are watching the shows. To get uninterrupted feeds we are expecting them to perform nearly perfectly for 3 plus hours. plug into your modem and I bet you will cruise if you are DSL or Cable or better.
