Unfortunately nobodies whose still together.LOL But since I can't see Man anymore, I do have tickes fro Clapton/Winwood at the IZod Center. I will Probably see Wishbone Ash on their fall tour (if they have one), and i hope to see the Allman Brothers during the summer.

But I will be at the Beacon in 8 days.

No big acts for me. I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of live music by lesser known artists in small venues for low prices. Just trying to keep the music fresh and deal with the economy at the same time.

I'd love to see Peter Gabriel again. He toured about 5 or 6 years ago and was The Man! Supposedly he's going to at least play some shows in Europe. Come out West Pete! We'd love to have ya!

I've been pretty lucky to see many of the musicians I love live over the past 40 years. This year I did want to see Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood together but I opted out due to ticket prices.

of course, these are the groups I see whenever I get a chance.....

Lasr year I saw King Crimson & Return to Forever......

Agreed. I'm not a Clapton guy but I like Blind Faith. It would be cool to see Steve and Eric play together. But like you said, the ticket prices are insane. I might hoof it down the night of the show and see what tics are going for. If I can get one for less than face value, I'm in. If not, keep tailgating! My boom box and portable amp will work just fine!

I think you may be my long-lost son!

I just checked Bela's site last night to see, and the Flecktones will be in Athens GA 12-2. I'm there.

Yeah Brock I think you and I would get along pretty well musically. I saw those dates too, I'll definitely be either in Columbus or Birmingham.

Yeah JP, even though I had a bad 1st experience w/ Railroad Earth long ago, you've convinced me I ought to give them another chance.

Flecktone dates for others (Bela rules in all configurations though!):

You missed a great show in Athens just last week! Hope you like them better this time.
