Well very bad news here. Just checked my ticketmaster account and the message has switched from "Your tickets have been purchased and are in the process of being printed". To YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED!!!!!!

Have sent PM to Lana look for guidance. I have been a valid member since 2001 and this is the first time I have ever had a presale issue. YIKES!!! I am panicing

HELP!

Holding for ticketmaster incase the issue is on their end while await to hear from Lana.

Thanks. I am try to stay calm. But open night and 3/20 good orchestra seats are at stake. i hope i don't lose them in the confusion.

Hey there jw3lions,

One of the primo rules of Peach Corps pre-sales is that the email associated with your TM order MUST match the email associated with your Peach Corps account. In this case, it didn't. The email used with your TM order isn't in our database at all. You need to fix that.

That said, I lobbied TM on your behalf.
