FYI...I believe the ABB will be on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on 9/2. I have not confirmed this anywhere, however my TIVO believes it to be true, and is set to tape it. The dates do coincide with the tour, so I'm guessing it is probably true. Just thought folks would want to know so they can check it out.

We've heard the next single will be High Cost of Low Living. Maybe they'll just demand a good 8 to 10 minutes. Either way, this'll be about the only time I make sure to watch Leno...

Nobody beats Letterman imho ....I can still watch the first 50 minutes or so of Letterman, then switch over and catch the ABB on Leno....

Here's an idea. Let's bombard the Tonight Show mailbox with requests that the ABB be given as much time as possible (including the ENTIRE show a la McCartney).

Go to this address and select FEEDBACK. Use the pulldown to select MUSICAL ACTS or SUGGESTIONS FOR SHOW (or something like that):

http://www.nbc.com/nbc/The_Tonight_Show_with_Jay_Leno/feedback/

Seen probably all of the ABB gigs on Leno and Letterman. I even remember when they played on Carson on the old tonight show in the early 90's. They got to do 2 songs, I forgot the first but I have it on tape. The second was True Gravity played with Doc Severinson and his horn section. Probably the funninest moment was on a Letterman show (around the 2nd set time) when Dave quipped "...and next time they're bringing back 4 drummers!".

if all goes well, I will record this straight to my MINI DV Camcorder and have it converted
and ready for download within 2 hours of showtime
so, if you miss it, you will see it.
Here is hoping for Good Weather so my DTV signal comes in clear.

Just wondering....
Who's gonna be hittin' the WEST COAST tour stops?
I'm only doing San Diego.
Not bothering with LA (GREEK).
I'd love to do Santa Barabra but I gotta work the next day!

I'll be @ The Greek w/my mom. I made a trip to PA in March, and from there went to NYC with my mom to see the ABB @ The Beacon on the 15th. It was her 1st show, my 15th. Well, all it took was 1 show, and she decided to pay me a visit in September to attend her 2nd show in LA! Maybe going to SB, but I hear that the Street Scene thing in San Diego is a mob.
