Hugh! Wishbone Ash, Pilgrimage, Argus, and Wishbone 4 should be in every serious music fan's collection. WA has been tragically under rated IMO....

Nice vinyl find as well.

I purchased mine used, way back in college, but it was well taken care of by it's previous owner. It's on the original Decca label which is very cool.....

Very Cool. I've been playing my vinyl a lot more lately as the pops and clicks that I used to cringe at now sound down right nostalgic....

Vinyl still rules...

But for me, it has to be the used stuff. I've heard too many problems with the "new" stuff. Too many bad pressings, surface noise, visible grit in the grooves etc.

The few pressing plants out there are being worked at full capacity which is a good and bad thing...

Gotta agree with the It's a Beautiful Day and Wishbone Ash! And I think I also wore the groves out of my Demons & Wizards album, too (Uriah Heep).

Forgot to mention earlier that I love White Bird and Time as Come Today (as long as it is the incredible 11 minute version)...

i have been a huge Rory Gallagher fan ( and Taste , his early band ) since the early 70s. was just listening to Irish Tour 74 about an hour ago. if anyone is not familiar with Rory, do yourself a favor and find out about him. some of the best music ever.

here's a good starters list :
1. Rory Gallagher ( self titled 1st album )
2. Deuce
3. Live in Europe
4. Tattoo
5. Irish Tour 74
6. Blueprint
7. Calling Card

thats a good start, there are more, but these are essential for any Rory collection. enjoy. i have been for over 35 years.

saw a couple of amazing Rory shows at the Bottom Line in NYC in the mid to late 70s. jaw dropping shows.

Hey Glenn. If you are into Rory, then you are in good company here. TanDan, myself, and Stephane are all big fans and there are quite a few others.

Nice start up list there...

Rory On!

It's a Beautiful Day Live at Carnegie Hall was one of my favorite albums from back in the day.
