i can only fly into NYC for one of the shows, so I picked the first saturday night 3/14.

then the additional 5 shows were announced, and now i'm thinking maybe 3/28 would have been a better choice.

i know this year is a little different being the 40th anniversary, but can anyone tell me if in years past the final night of the run is any different than the others. in other words, do you think there will be more guests for the final weekend than say the 1st weekend?

I don't know if that has always been the case...don't remember. This run is gonna be different from the guest's perspective, I think every night is gonna be special.

I agree with Ed. I think the guest are all going to be pretty special this year.

I think the pinnacle would be is if Eric Clapton and Dickey would happen to join them on stage.

its reallly odd that Dickey is playing at a small venue in Wantagh on March 8th the night before the run opens. How about dickey playing on opening night, what a shocker!! i guess it would be a shocker if dickey played any night.

I believe that was the 3/19 show. And Boz Scaggs will be there, too.

Last night is typically a notch above the other shows. However, in years past they have added additional shows, and there is nothing to stop further additions this year, although I hope not...

In that case, Eric will definitely, most reliably be at the 3/21 show!
