I think Bruuuuuce put on a really great half-time show. The best IMHO, that I have seen. Great energy, just a typical E-Street Band show, only about 3 hours and 15 minutes shorter. Also, nice mixture of classics with the newest material, keep it coming Boss!!!

Pretty damn funnny when the ref blew the whistle and threw the flag for delay of game.

And then Bruce yelling, "I'm going to Disneyland!"

You gotta admit the guy still brings it for a 60 year old....and he sure looks like he's always having a great time and loves his job.

Fantastic! Springsteen is a genius. Had to be a logistical nightmare making that work. Miking everything up and getting it out there in about 2 minutes. Did Stevens' guitar go awol during "Glory Days"

Jim Rome had Nils Lofgren on his show Friday.

Nils said the tech crew has the hardest job setting up the stage in 4 minutes or whatever they have.

The band knows how to play once they start.

Pretty cool interview.

Rome mention Nils starting out at 18 playing with Neil Young.

Ron,

Nils met Neil when he was 15 in DC (where Nils grew up) at the Cellar Door...he talked his way into Neil's dressing room and told him he had a bunch of songs and Neil said show me-so he did. Next thing he was playing on After The Gold Rush and Crazy Horse's first record and his band, Grin, was signed to a record deal. Bruce got to know Nils when they both played at the Matrix in SF, Bruce with Steel Mill and Nils with Grin.

I thought it was a great show too, and I'm not a huge
Bruce fan. He has that "Everyman" appeal that lends itself
to the mixed-culture nature of a football audience.

Bruce Springsteen and the E street band.... WOW..... thought the half time show was just great... thought the sound was a bit off, until Glory Days.. But ya gotta Love Bruce... he has alot of energy now as he did 38 years ago.. a Powerhouse... that double knee drop was to much and he is over 55 yikes that is not easy.... Saw him in I think it was 80 or around there...

His ending... I"M GOING TO DISNEYLAND

Bruce/E Street Band tickets go on sale tomorrow in many locations. Live Nation is selling them so eff Ticketmaster. Let's hope LN is a cut above.

Loved Bruce and the E-Street band during half-time! Bruce has still got some moves, too! (and Rainy - loved that Disneyland line! )

I believe LN is owned by

Clear Channel.

Regardless, I'm hoping my brother has some good luck tomorrow getting us tickets for Bruce's Albany show on 5/14.

Even thought I've had enough of Bruce Springsteen, he was good. 10 Avenue Freeze Out was a great and a good selection. Now go away Bruce!

I liked The Stones, McCartney's & Tom Petty's past SB half time performances as well but the Boss really kicked some a$$ tonight!

Yup.

Be a long time before anyone tops that.

Of course if the ABB got the chance, the could do Dreams and Rambling Man.

Nice 12 minute set.
