This was my first time seeing him and he absolutely blew me away, especially on guitar. Holy smokes he can play the guitar!

Another great set of photos and review, moemoe!!! Steve Winwood is one of the best - have seen him a few times over the years, last time was last year, and he always puts on an excellent show. His music over the years has been a huge part of the soundtrack of my life. And you're right about the guitar playing ... he's behind the keyboards so much it's almost easy to forget that he's got some fine guitar chops, too! Thanks for sharing these!

Beautiful photos! I've always loved Winwood's music. I haven't seen him live since the early 90s. It was a flawless performance! Thanks for the review and pics.

Great shots; I especially liked #19, you can see the joy Steve still gets from performing. I had not seen him until last yr, when I saw him twice, w/ EC, then w/ Petty. He still looks good for 60 too, and his voice has lost little.

Honestly, i was stunned.... When Dirty City got close to the solo I was anxious to see if it would fall apart and he lit the stage on fire ! After that I knew he was going to kick butt in Dear Mr. Fantasy as well and he delivered!

As I said, I would love to see him play guitar for a full concert.

Check out the Crossroads festival of 2007 when he joins Clapton for a few guitar tunes....
