My sister wanted to go and see Donny and Marie so my parents took the family to see the Osmonds at the Indiana State Fair. I was maybe 7 at the time. I did get to see Pete Seger play when I lived in NY. My youth group was attending a regional event and he playing there, that was probably in 1980. I would say my first rock concert was YES, the 90125 tour. My first blues experience was Johnny Winter in 1985 on his 3rd Degree tour at a bar called Mabels in Illinois. My uncle begged me to come out and see this guy play. It was my first road trip and worth it to say the least. I have a bootleg tape from that very show. I was a late bloomer. I Just thought it would be cool to hear what other's first concert experiences were?

My first concert was Eric Clapton-Wednesday April 25, 1990, Reunion Arena, Dallas Tx.

I wish a proper DVD from the Journeyman Tour would be released at some point. 24 nights just doesn't do it justice.

Beach Boys in the mid 90s sometime. I was 5-10, somewhere in that range. I don't really remember it all that well, so probably closer to 5.

After that I waited until I moved out here. Steve Vai last year.
