We just got in from the show. Great show. Nice crowd, almost sold out. I believe Saturday is sold out. Awesome venue. Hopefully someone will post a set list. It was great seeing Jay, Carol, Ron, Beth, Tony the taper....

Pictures later, I forgot my memory card and could only get about 10 shots. Feel like a big dummy. But got tomorrow night for more shots.

Great to meet Derek and Todd again. The band was great with the crowd after the show. They took time for autographs and pictures. One photographer had an awesome poster he had made for the band to sign. It was a collage of shots he had taken. Derek and Todd was very impressed with it. Hopefully it will surface. We thought Derek was going to head over to the Double Door but plans changed. Susan T was not at the show tonight due to her 20th reunion. It was great seeing and hearing DTB again.

More tomorrow night.

Give us a call when you get close to town Bluedad. The Bobcats are playing in town too, so it may be crowded parking wise. We got lucky tonight and parked right in front of the McGlohon Theater.

The parking lot is actually behind the theater on the corner of College and 7th Street.(College Street is a one way street...the venue will be on your left). Come into the lot off of 7th Street but do arrive early because of the game that starts at 7:00pm. Many thanks to John and Susie for helping me back out of my park after the show....stupid people not parking in a parking place in a teeny, tiny parking lot.

Todd and his beautiful wife Brooke did come late to the Double Door to enjoy Jackson Crossing. Derek had a phone call to make after the show. According to Derek's dad, Susan will be at the show tonight.

An outstanding night of music with great friends in Charlotte last night.

What a wonderful weekend of music....best of all was sharing it with friends....John, Susie, Jay, John Howard, Rob, Holt, Ron E, Beth, Sara, John C and his lovely wife, Mike Peterson and his lovely wife, Bruce and Debbie, and so many others that names are escaping me ...sorry....this was the highlight of my Thanksgiving weekend and I am so thankful for all of you.

I cant say which night I enjoyed the music more...both nights were great but different...

It was nice having Todd and Brooke join me at the Double Door to enjoy Jackson Crossing on Friday night after the show.

Bluedaddy, glad to see that you made it home safely...it was a rough drive for me in the rain last night and traffic was heavier on the interstate than I had anticpated.

Many thanks to all for the hugs and smiles and laughter...that's what it's all about.

It is the original First Baptist Church location in downtown Charlotte. I cant remember the year that they restored it and made it into a venue. It was first known as Spirit Square...I still call it that.

Yeah, I am so glad I could make it and "Thanks Again" to Jay for having a spare ticket

So good getting caught up with everyone and that show was the best I ever saw the band . All the teases and the incredible dynamics the band had....never heard that before The venue is one of the nicest I have ever been in

Always good breaking bread and having a nice time before the show.

Carol, I did stop by Ron's after the show and that made it an even harder drive (Strong Beer )

I did chage my road music on the way home. Usually it is "At Fillmore" then Eat A Peach" Last night it was EAP followed by Steely Dan

Missed brofan
