One of my favorite tunes from the Stones is WAITING ON A FRIEND that appeared on the "Tattoo You" LP in 1981. '81 was the absolute beginning of MTV, and the video used to appear regularly. However I haven't seen it again until today when I was surfing on Youtube.

The building which Mick Jagger is standing at the beginning is the same one depicted on the cover of Led Zeppelin Physical Graffiti. One of the rastafarian guys is Peter Tosh.

I've always loved this one - thanks for the trip down memory lane. .

Scenery in the clip is better than the song to me....

Try harder, Barry. Any Bob "my voice is much too irritating to think past" Dylan videos?
LOL

I can get you some if you so desire. No problem

Oddly enough, at that point in time, the Glimmer Twins relationship had definitely hit the skids though not as bad as it would in the following few years. The reality vs. what is seen in this vid proves Jagger and Richards are master showmen indeed. As if there were ever any doubt.
