Vegetarian chili and cornbread. As a matter of fact it is chili cook-off day in my office and I just won the 'You Call That Chili?' award for best non-traditional chili. (yep - got me a framed certificate. I'd like to thank the academy... )

Congrats on your award. I cooked some ribs in the Dutch Oven last night, they were awesome. I was going to bring it in for lunch but Susie froze the left overs. Gonna use all the left over sauce for a roast. But I had a stromboli sub today.........OK, but rather would had just stromboli.

Beef Curry Noodles from the Thai place around the corner. Great stuff, my new favorite from the "Thai Bowl."

Edit - whoever thought to combine coconut, peanut, and red pepper is a frickin' genius, IMO.

Whenever I'm in a position where a "TV dinner" is the logical choice, Marie Callender will be my first choice - some pretty good stuff for a microwavable package.

I'm on a healthy kick. It was a turkey sandwich with american cheese, whole wheat bread and creamy horseradish mayo. I know, it doesn't sound like much, but I really enjoyed it.
