I've been getting up at 5:30AM here lately and getting to work at 6:30AM. I'm used to getting up around 6:45AM and being at work around 7:45AM. Makes for a long day.

Here Steve. Have some coffee.

Dang 5 1/2 years..? I hope it wasn't health related.. One time I was working an Eagle chip route back in Ohio and messed up my knee and I was off for a while. I fished for 120 straight days..! Loved every minute of it..

Not health related. After being laid off,my wife and I decided it would be good for my daughter if I was a stay at home Dad.She's getting older, economy's getting worse, time to re-join the workforce.

Deb,given my choice,I'd love to stay retired, but you got to do what you got to do.There is a Mega-Millions drawing before Monday.Who knows?

Mega-Millions, huh??? Excuse me - got a ticket to buy! Good luck, Bob - know what you mean about gotta-do-what-ya-gotta-do! It's great that you have been able to spend the time raising your daughter these past years - from your posts speaking of some of her activities and accomplishments it sounds like that was a great choice because she seems like a smart, well-rounded young lady.

Thanks Deb.If I had my way, this job would start in a couple of months.Deanna is starting 8th grade and her 1st trimester grades count a lot towards High School admissions and scholarships. While she's always done very well, much like I was,she needs someone to stay on her back and push her.I'm hoping without me here she will push herself, but it was too good an oppurtunity to pass up.
