Friends in Minnesota were at Minnesota State Fair and found a vendor for Bacon on A Stick. Has anyone here tried this? I think it could be huge especially here in Canada we're bacon fanatics.

Kind of reminds me of the death row inmate who ordered 6 pounds of bacon and two jars of mayonaise (for dipping) for his last meal in an attempt to have a heart attack on his way to the chair.......j/k

Nobody mentioned Fries........now break out the Heinz ketchup.

Something else good with bacon. When we grill out, I wrap raw bacon around corn on the cob cut some small pieces of butter and salt and pepper, wrap in foil, cook evenly until the bacon is golden brown. You talk about something good.

Bacon on a cob!

Is there a funnel cake built onto that colestral-sicle also ? Looks tastey to me.
I always wanted to try wrapping one of those spicey polish sausages with some bacon strips and deep frying it.

Pure genius. I should start a pig on a stick franchise down here...but I am afraid I would eat into my profits.

Bacon on a stick, huh? Haven't seen this but living in a big fair state I've seen everything else ... corn dogs, veggie dogs, shrimp on a stick, porkchops on a stick, fried twinkies on a stick (????), etc, etc. A friend of mine worked out a design for serving beer on a stick and those were handed out one year

Going to the Minnesota State Fair Site, I did a search. One of the drop downs was "on a stick"

Here is what came up for Bacon on a stick
Big Fat Bacon
1/3 lb slice of bacon fried and carmelized with maple syrup, served on a stick with dipping sauces
