ZZ Top, the "little ol' band from Texas", has enjoyed enormous success on a global scale since their breakthrough in the early seventies and then their groundbreaking albums in the mid-eighties. Now for the first time one of ZZ Top's legendary live performances has been filmed for simultaneous release on DVD & Blu-ray. The track listing spans their career from early tracks such as "Waitin' For The Bus", "Just Got Paid" and the classic "La Grange", through their eighties blockbusters including "Gimme All Your Lovin'" and "Legs" (complete with furry guitars!) and up to more recent hits like "Pin Cushion". Filmed in their home state of Texas in front of a wildly enthusiastic audience, this DVD & Blu-ray captures ZZ Top at their very best.

TRACK LISTING 1) Got Me Under Pressure 2) Waitin' For The Bus 3) Jesus Just Left Chicago 4) I'm Bad, I'm Nationwide 5) Pin Cushion 6) Cheap Sunglasses 7) Pearl Necklace 8) Heard It On The X 9) Just Got Paid 10) Rough Boy 11) Blue Jean Blues 12) Gimme All Your Lovin' 13) Sharp Dressed Man 14) Legs 15) Tube Snake Boogie 16) La Grange 17) Tush

BONUS FEATURE Poker Game - Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill & Frank Beard talk through the history of ZZ Top over a game of poker. Dallas Show Day - Behind the scenes on the ZZ Top live show. Photo Shoot - On location with ZZ Top for a typically iconic photo shoot. Bonus track - ZZ Top perform Jimi Hendrix's "Foxey Lady" live on stage.

I bought it for my Aunt and I got me one also. I'm not sure about the exact show date. My copy is at my home. It takes them a little bit to get rolling...but it's so nice to have a DVD show of these guys. I got mine at Wally World the week it came out. They told me they were out, but I found them on a rack.

This DVD just came out in June. It's from their last tour in 2007.

Oh mama, just caught the end of this on MTVHD tonight, I gotta get me this one.

On another note, after watching this, and worrying that Ratdog is gonna kill two hours of my life I'll never get back on Weds., I been thinnin' that wouldn't a quick 60 minute ZZ Top opener just set the stage for some serious guitar work, and maybe the Three Piece Boogie Band from Texas might join the boys on a couple?

I also caught parts of the show on MTVHD, it was great. I think ZZ Top is probably one of the most under rated bands of all time. There are some great solos in by all three guys at different parts of the show.

I would love to see / hear Billy Gibbons and Warren play together. They could have a great blues rock jam.

I don't think we'll see ZZ at the Beach for a long time, if ever again. The last time they played there, gotta be at least ten years there was an all out blitz between the Pagans and the HA's. Sort of put a damper on the whole night.
