This guy just keeps getting his way? After numerous victories in Congress, Bush now can say that he effectively put North Korea on notice and they responded. Even though NC blew that nuclear cooling tower today, I don't trust them and we have to be able to go in and verify that they are not pushing their nuclear weapons programs forward. If they don't let us do that, than this is all meaningless. While it shows that diplomacy can work, North Korea does not have any oil there either. I don't understand it, but Bush keeps chalking up victory after victory and he is doing it as a lame duck president. Even if you don't like Bush, he has never quit being POTUS and continues to push his agenda forward. It really is quite impressive to watch.

Funny, I see it more as a victory for North Korea than for Bush...

Bush isn't chalking up victory after victory. Where do you get your news? And he is being played by North Korea. This is a great victory for them.

Hopefully its a victory of the citizens for North Korea...and South Korea.
I'm sure they are really tired of living in fear that they will be attacked.

Seems that way, they've ignored every other agreement/treaty and they'll reap the benefits of coming off the "hit" list.

I'm giving kudos to the President on this one. As to the chalking up victories thing, I'm putting this in the category of "even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while."
