I got a $600 check electronically deposited to my account. I'll just say this is where my money went. It went to a PODIATRIST of all people. Molds of my feet were made into professional orthodics. It was $250 for the mold and $250 for the orthodics. The first office visit or consultation cost $125. So the total was $625.

So, as you see I have done my part to Stimulate the economy.

Actually, all kidding aside, it was a REAL BLESSING to get that money. I've needed something for my feet for years now, I just haven't trusted podiatrists since I had a bad experience with one a few years ago. I felt the first group of podiatrist that I went to had some reall a$$holes working at the front desk. They were very unprofessional. The podiatrist that I saw was better. Still I could tell he had a massive ego or inflated opinion of himself. The orthodics seemed to do a lot to correct arch issue. The literature says it will correct my posture and balance too. Hope they break in like they are suppossed to.

Just out of curiosity, having never played one of those. Is the three-knob setup, as opposed to the conventional Gibson 4-knob setup - is that 1 master volume and 2 tone pots, or 2 volume and a master tone?

The site says that mine is due to be mailed by early July. It goes right into my car for preventative maintenance, Oil, tire rotation, belts, Air conditioning freon..etc.

Right to the mechanic

Won't even actually see it

With gas @ $5 I can thank the Gubmint for the $$ to keep my car in good shape.

When I had my taxes done the CPA said my check wouldn't be coming till October. I got it one week later.

I think I got laid with mine.

Two vols and one tone. So far so good. It's a little awkward playing it standing up because I'm not very tall but I'm getting used to it. I got the new Roland Microcube Amp too. Roland nailed it with that one!

Paid some bills bought a six pack of Meister-Brau hoping I'm one of the lucky ones to get an
extra check from the batch that went out by mistake. Wishful thinking but sure as hell would cash it if it showed up. Things are tight these days.

Have I got some speakers for you.
I got a pair of old (1956?) Altec Lansings 603 Duplex loudspeakers (with crossovers) just sitting around doing nothing.

I'm thinking doing my own "Voice of the theater" type home theater.
