I followed instructions and got an error on the passcode. Called Citi and they
could not figure it out. Still waiting for a call back.

Anyone get it to work?

First 6 digits did not work. The rep at Citi tried it and got the same error.

I pulled up only second tier seats in both PNC and Jones Beach today I bought nothing. Stopped wasting my time after about 45 minutes. Primarily because their site would not let me keep two windows to try for both venues at the same time. And it isn't even like you can operate two at a time but I just wanted to toggle back and forth from one venue/window to another but Live Nation kept changing the other window to the other venue at the same time so I had to keep on signing in. What a bunch of losers in terms web site design and operation. And you can't even call them to see if anything other than the same crappy seat they offer is available. It is as if you try for a ticket once and it is your ticket no matter how many times you throw it back.

Live Nation isn't on the fan's side at all. I think they sell the worst seats first and what ever they don't give the band in the front sections, they get into the brokers hands. Sure some fans luck out and get the good seats, but for example in Camden, the majority of the pit tickets are currently being sold though Stub Hub and the like.

Live Nation should be ashamed to say they are in the music business.

Bands should pressure them for better ticket deals for the fans. And anytime they can book a place that DOES NOT HAVE LIVE NATION involved is a big bonus to the fans of the bands, which in turn should be a bonus to the bands.

Angela we have seen this in every pre-sale for the summer venues. They all make lots of money selling season tickets to corporate buyers, and that leaves little room for individuals like you and me who just want to see one show.

If you go to the LiveNation site, you can find the seats assigned to VIP and other season sales. In Camdem that was the entire center section and part of the pit. There is also nothing to stop the scalpers from buying season tickets and re-selling them one-by-one.

It's a business for them and the bands. We are not the only 'fans' out there, just among the most passionate. What percent of the people at a Jones Beach show are registered here? Not too many. Are most of those people fans? Yup they are. I ain't the sixties anymore.

I was getting tickets in 104 at PNC. Course I could't complete the transaction.
Live Nation has NO phone support what so ever. So if things don't work you're SOL.

This site has about 70,000 registered fans.

Yeah, the Live Nation site stinks. No phone support and now they want to sell their own tickets too instead of using ticket master, which I must say has grown leaps and bounds in NOT getting the tickets into the brokers hands.

Business is as business does.

Actually last year I got great seats for the summer shows (well, not at Jones Beach, it is the most competitive venue) but the brokers already have tickets up.

Yeah Allan, I ain't the 60's either. LOL. And it sure isn't the 60's either.

Nice seat PalmHead.

Anthony, what section did you get in JB?

BTW, of course I know what ever is represented on this site in terms of tickets being offered is not representative of all the tickets sold or offered. I just like to know if ANYONE gets offered the front sections.

I got 11r @ Jones Beach, I sit there every year, I don't know how it happens whether it's pre sale or the day the tickets go on sale.

I got orch G for Yes, on Chris Squire's side, I'm happy with that.

Hey, steadyhorse, I'm going to be sitting in 13L which is right next to 11R.
Since you've sat there before, how did you like the seats?

I like the seat's, you can sit most of the time, I usually can't stay still for long and your far enough away to see the whole stage. Gregg's side is always a plus...

Thanks.
Yeah, I agree that Gregg's side is a plus.
I was hoping to get closer but whatever, some things we have no control over.

Anyone get tickets at PNC using the Citi Card pre sale? Nothing I tried worked I kept getting error code, error code. No problem getting tickets for Jones Beach though using the same procedure???? Very strange, must be a problem with Live Nation? or the PNC it really stinks. Any advice?
