Alright have some great artist coming to town but can probably only afford to go to two of them. Who puts on a good show

Drive By Truckers
Ivan Neville & Dumpstafunk
Umphreys Mcgee
Leon Russel
Honeytribe
David Allen Coe

If it was me, probably

Ivan Neville & Dumpstafunk
Leon Russel

David Allen Coe can be really good, or can really stink depending on what kind of mood he's in.

Other bands can't comment on as I haven't seen them live.

Leon Russel, Honeytribe, would be my first choices...David Allen Coe & Drive By Truckers wouldn't be bad choices either!

Leon has written some of the most beautiful songs in history. If only he would play them live.He did years ago, but not lately.

My choice would be Honeytribe and Dumpstaphunk.

I do have to give honorable mention to Leon. Susie and I have told ourselves, we are going to see all the old blues musicians that come to town, because you may never get another chance to see them.

They aren't really my flavor, but Umphrey's McGee are a dang good band. Some of the most precise improvisation you'll ever see.

Don't miss Dumpstafunk. The tickets should be cheap and the funk is good and greazy.

I am pretty new to DBT myself. I saw them in Newport KY. for the first time about 6 wks ago at the historic Southgate House. The opening act was The Whigs, who were incredible. I have been listening to both bands since that night constantly! The new CD has that incredible Muscle Shoals sound with Spooner Oldham.
