i thought I remember reading somewhere in a discussion about duane footage that in a CMT documentary or something that there was some footage of Blue Sky and some footage from a September show in Houston. Anybody know anything about this?

I think it's so difficult to see. I heard that the film was sold on auction like as e-bay and not a DVD, 8mm film shot from front row 3. I don't know it's easy or not to make a film copy and there are no info about sound track.

The Blue Sky footage from the CMT southern rock show is from the Chuck/Lamar era IIRC -- shot in black and white
Very interesting clips indeed from Houston -- home-shot 8mm audience footage is rough, better than nothing though! The home-shot 8mm film from 7/71 Central Park looks similar -- "rough but watchable/listenable"
