I'm bragging 'cause I'm a happy camper. Scored ourselves a 4-pack 2nd row at the outdoor Danbury Ives Concert Park for late July. Didn't have Mule on our summer list (we're NYE Beacon fanatics) but this is 20 minutes away and too good to pass up. Did I mention we got 2nd row?

Yeeeeeeeeeeee Hawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

We're in BB, too. I snagged a pair, somewhere around seat 12ish or so.

Thanks to Ang for making the call to the place and actually getting a person who could find an accurate seating chart. I made three phone calls the other day and got bupkis.

Thanks Sue! It'll be my first Mule show of the year (unless a Boston date pops up before Danbury )

Right, the seating charts are awful. What is row BB? I pulled that the 1st time and tossed 'em back because I couldn't identify them. Is it like the Beacon? I ended up with Row B. Is that 2nd row or do I have it wrong?

Either way, we'll have a blast. Never been to anything close to a bad Mule show but I'd like an accurate quality seating chart for the Ives show. If anyone has one, please e-mail to me at bg9696@yahoo.com. Much thanks!

No one's been able to find an accurate seating chart on line anywhere. The only one that exists shows the sections, but without numbers or letters.

This is what Ang posted in the Mule 2008 Tour thread:

quote:
I called the place and they say for the center section row AA, then BB, then A then B and so forth. I have 4th row which is good enough for me. I did complain that there isn't a seating chart anywhere to be found. Ang

The only other thing I've been able to figure out is that the dead center of the center sections (marked C) seems to be numbered in the 100s, and then the left and right centers (still marked C on the tickets) start out in single digits and extend out sequentially through the far left and right sections (marked L and R).

They have one at their website right now. It must've been posted this afternoon.

Still not having any luck with seat numbers, and the two sections to the side of center now read L and R.

So, the fact that my seats say Res C row BB seats 11, 12, but the taper seats in row K are also Res C but seats 101-102 has me confused.

Now I see an even odd thing.

I hope they figure it out.

I don't want our seats 11 and 12 to be a whole section apart!

So, I called musictoday, and according to them my ticket order is correct.

But, according to the seating chart, my tickets don't exist.

I have Res C row BB seats 11 and 12. I'm really hoping they just left off the first digit and my seats are supposed to be 111 and 112.

Otherwise I guess I'm getting one Res L seat 11 and one Res R seat 12.

If that's the case I'll be getting a refund and hoping they can pull a comparable pair out of their butts.

Anybody here buy more than one ticket with seat numbers not in the 100s.

I'm just wondering what other orders look like.

The saga continues.

The promoter just called me.

It looks like musictoday labeled section X1 (the lower part of Res C) differently than the Ives Center did, so they'll just have to prep the ushers for this show. I guess our tickets were supposed to read X1 and not Res C.

Our seats are in BB, and they are on the center aisle in what looks like it should be seats 111 and 112, but they mislabeled the X1 section.

If anyone else has this problem, let me know. I think I can explain it, and I have some numbers you can call.

The seating chart is accurate.

It was just a foul up between them and musictoday with some presale tickets.

Yeah, I've got 4 tix that say (in the e-mail) Res L row B (after throwing back BB's) with double digit #'s between 10-20. I have absolutely no idea where that is other than 4th row. Can anyone help?

And thanks to the poster who put that better chart up. It's an impovement but still not ideal.

The seating chart is exactly like you said as far as the rows go. So, that I was sure about.

The numbers for the seats and the actual sections is where the confusion began.

I still can't believe how badly they screwed up with my tickets.

My seats as printed on my tickets still won't exist. There is no Res C row BB seats 11,12.

But, ultimately if we end up where they're supposed to be printed for, that's all that matters.

All odds, right?

I'm just making sure you didn't have the same problem I did. The promoter told me he thought the screw up was only for the X1 section (that's the lower Res C).

As long as you're all odds you should be fine.

If your seats are those numbers and say "Res L" then your seats are in the 4th row of the first Res L section (the one just off center). If you have 4 starting after 10, you must have 11, 13, 15, and 17. So that takes you from the 5th seat in that section to the outer aisle.

Hope that helps.

Where are they supposed to be? I have very similar seats so if you're right, my seats don't technically exist either. What to do, what to do.

No, mine are all odd, 9 thru 15. Still confused. Maybe even more. LOL

You should be fine.

Your seats say "Res L Row B seats (all odd numbers?)" right?

Mine say "Res C Row BB seats 11, 12." That's impossible. Res C only has three-digit seats numbers.

Mine are supposed to say "Res C row BB seats 111, 112."
