I think it's time that Dickey started singing and playing his own version of Midnight Rider. I mean, afterall, Dickey played so well on the song for so many years. He was instrumental in making Gregg sound good on the song, so why the Hell not?

I think enough time has passed and that Dickey should be able to now play Midnight Rider.

Dickey probably even has a silver dollar, and that should be reason enough.

What, does he need "one MORE silver dollar?' I say no.

The time has come, Dickey needs to sing Midnight Rider.

disagree (but am reminded of another thread I've read recently...)
Let Dickey keep Rambling Man and Gregg Midnight Rider.

I wish Dickey would add Revival to his set list. It's Dickey's song with Gregg singing. Plus I love the song no matter who or what version of the Brothers do it...

It's time for Dickey to admit he's a has been and hang it up altogether. Kidding - obviously.....

Well I wish Dickey and Gregg sang and played the way they did back in the 70's. Neither one has a whole lot to brag about these days.

I wish Dickey and Greg were on THE SAME stage singing and playing all "their" songs together!

Don't you work for/with him?

And he won't sing it for you?
