I am ready for Winter to be done and always look forward to the Flower show! Do any of you have something like this where you live?

Newport, Rhode Island has one too but not till June 27-29th. I need something now to get me thru the duration which is nice about the show in Boston.

Yes the Philadelphia flower show is at the convention center now for the next two weeks. New Orleans theme this year.

My wife likes them. They used to have them here in NYC,but not this year,so she and my daughter are driving to Philadelphia this weekend.I guess we're all willing to travel for what we like.

We've got our annual flower show coming up in a couple of weeks, too, susea. Love it that these occur when the cold weather is still brewing ... gives a much needed breath of spring (plus, good place to get some ideas for my own yard and pick up some exotic's that I can't find at most greenhouses ) Enjoy your breath of spring/summer!

I noticed Sunday that quite a few trees here are starting to bud. I hope Jack Frost doesnt get them like last year. my Japanese Maple is still trying to recover from it. The flowers will all be blooming before you know it. Blooming Azaleas means..........WANEE!!!!!

You got that right! For most of us it's the music that makes us travel!

Deb, my girlfriend and I do the same thing. Get ideas buy different stuff and just take time to smell the roses!

Yes we do.

I'm a long time vet of the show, we'd get a good bake on and head on up Rte. 24, getting a breath of spring in the old town. In High School we would be in the competitions. Nowadays, I live in the Hotlanta area, and they do it up big here too. Stuff is coming up and budding out everywhere. Hopefully, no cold snaps.

Just starting to plant my "flowers" now
