Last year they started it early now as far as stopping the daylight savings, that would work. It's hard to readjust everytime we do this. Takes about a week to get back on track!

The dates for Daylight Saving Time changed last year. Now we turn the clocks ahead earlier & turn them back later in an effort to save energy,I guess by decreasing the amount of darkness time that most people are awake in an effort to save on lighting energy. The clocks used to be turned ahead the 1st weekend in April & turned back the last weekend in October, now we turn them ahead the 2nd weekend in March & back the 1st weekend in November.A few years ago Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005.The Secretary of Energy will report the impact of this change to Congress. (Congress retains the right to resume the 2005 Daylight Saving Time schedule once the Department of Energy study is complete)

I'll take an extra hour of daylight after work, no problems here. It's been getting dark a little after 6 and next week it will be a little after 7 and I get an extra hour of usable daylight to be outside enjoying the wonder of nature.

I kind of like it, too. Summer days that last until 9:30 suit me fine.

You can do it, Dave. Just catch a nap during the sermon.
