Ordered during presale, used email from here.
Debit card has been charged but can't print tickets.

Should I be worried? Ticketmaster CS is closed (actually I got through but
then they transfered me and I started getting the message that CS was
closed).

Should I be worried?

Contact them as soon as possible. I also would contact Lana with info too. Something must not match with info on record here and info on TM record.

I am getting the same message..I see my order #, then when you cllick for details it says we are having problems proceesing your tickets....I order every year with this login id and get my tickets no problem...so maybe you just cant print or receive them yet?? Anyone else? Dont want to lose my 5th row seats for May 22nd.....

Maybe this is until they are verified by Lana and Rowland.

good point. I remembe last year that they werent mailed out,or available until a pretty late date. but it does have me thinking..

I had a similar message and called ticket master and it turned out to be a mismatch of zip codes in their system so i wouldn't sweat it too much...

Hey there sweet family,

It will be at least a couple of weeks before the Peach Corps pre-sale tickets are processed. We are just now getting the information we need from TM to start the double-checking process, which goes slowly since we check the orders manually, one at a time.

i had the same message; i spoke to TM customer service. they confirmed my info and said everything was OK. Nothing but Love.

Went in the other day to print tickets and saw the same message. Called CS and they
did something and then I would print. So you may need to call to get it cleared if you
see this message.
