can anyone recoommend some good blues clubs or music venues in chicago? i'll be there in early Feb and wants to hear some good tunes. thanks.

Lefty Collins and the No Mercy Band play at Chicago HOB frequently - might want to check for that. Also, Julie (Chicagofan), can provide you with the 411 on where to get the best Peruvian food in town (her restaurant has been featured in a local mag for having paella to die for) Good luck and enjoy - love Chicago! Oh yes - bring your hat and gloves! Chicago can be COLD in February (especially along the lake)!

I highly recommend Fitzgerald's. I saw Sonny Landreth there last summer.
