I've seen a pretty good contender over in the Whipping Post that involves the MT crowd, also!

Itīs nice to see that Sweden is among these nice covers (Svenne & Lotta). Svenne was the singer in one of the most popular popgroups in Sweden during the late 60īs, called The Hep Stars. Another guy in that band was actually Benny Andersson who came to be one of the four in ABBA (and wrote almost all the songs).

Ronnie James Dio

I still have this cover, bought it a yard sale.

That John Bult cover may be the winner, I'm sure he's on Chris Hansen's enemies list. Though Satan is Real certainly has it's charms.

Freddie Gage-All My Friends Are Dead-I think there used to be a Baptist evangelist in Alabama named Freddie Gage. Looking at the outfit, it might bethe same guy.

The Satan is Real recored by the Louvin Brothers is one of the greatest country records ever.

Those are some silly freakin' album covers.

How about we start a list of some funny album covers from relevant artists....

I always liked this one from the Dead on their Europe '72 LP....

I imagine that's pretty much what the people in the audience felt like at that show.
