Only Dennis Kucinich and Senator Dodd favor decriminalizing marijuana. I guess Hillary didn't inhale either, course there's probably a lot of things she doesn't do.

Bill Richardson signed Medical Marijuana legislation for Nevada as governor.

I think is in favor of the medical use and would probably have it rescheduled as
useful medicine at the federal level.

I don't know his stance on recreational use

Richardson signed that bill as governor of New Mexico.

Ron Paul feels that the states should take care of the issue of Marijuana laws because the Constitution doesn't give the Federal Gov't the authority. I concur.
