Since I shave my head completely bald now, a full beard will look stupid.
So I started a winter goatee. At 39, wondering where the shock of white
on my chin came from though?

My father-in-law stops shaving and cutting his hair after Thanksgiving and
doesn't do anything until "the sparrows return to Capistrano" in the spring.

I usually go for the Geico Caveman look this time of year.

which for me, isn't that difficult.

I have a full head of hair with no gray yet the goatee I've had for 8 years is mostly gray now. Thinking about getting rid of it before Christmas

Every winter. I'm about where Rottinpeach is now. Except the hair

Used to do the Maynard G. Krebs thing, let it grow out pretty long. Made a nice handle, I could hold my head aimed straight when over-imbibing Long time ago.

I've got my goatee going on right now. But it was a request by the director of a show I'm doing to have a grey goatee for a part I have in a show. Good thing I've got some premature grey going on.

I've had a winter beard every year since 1978 (age 17.) I've kept a goatee full time since 1998. I haven't started my full beard this winter yet, but man is that thing turning WHITE.

My boss made a remark about my hair and earrings the other day, so I asked if it was a problem. He said, "If that's going to prevent you from selling asphalt, I don't think you're the one with the problem." I've always been a bit of a rebel, but here lately, it's more like a rebel with a chip on my shoulder.

Rainy, I do not think Bobo would want us to dismay too much and he certainly would want us to keep our sense of humor.

I'm rocking a pretty full Grizzly Adams look right now I always have the goatee and mustache, but the colder weather always makes the full beard seem like a good idea. Having a full beard when it's 100 degrees outside? Not such a good idea.

I usually wear a BigDave style Goatee, shaved it off last week...

already growing it back.

Always had a mustache...even when I was baby.

Give anything to have long hair again...but it grows so damn slow and looks terrible.

Had the Ole Anderson pork chops for a while.

also did the Fu Manchu for years.

Now the shaved or short hair and Goatee is about all I can muster.

I am 56 and turning gray while I can put a bowl of milk on my face and have a cat lick it off to get a good shave.... I have a full head of hair, just not able to grow anything substantial on my face.

I've kept a goatee year-round for the last seven years. My chin whiskers have been solid white for a long time, even though the rest is salt-and-pepper. Made me look sorta like a skunk. I finally got tired of the white stuff, so a couple of days ago I shaved my chin whiskers and left the rest, giving me what's called a "horseshoe" moustache (think Hulk Hogan).

My wife still hasn't noticed.

But a girl at the office did!
