If you get a chance to watch Blood Simple, check out the scene they used again, in Fargo.

When they are out on a lonely road, and a car approaches from out of nowhere.

I think Blood Simple is great, pretty damn good first movie from them.

I'm gonna check out the new one, I think its supposed to be borderline ultra violent or something close to that.

This movie is based on a book of the same name by Cormac McCarthy. I would think more along the lines of Blood Simple than Lebowski. The book is very viloent. I will be seeing this.. I'd like to see how they bring the character "Chigurh" to film. The random violence in Cormac McCarthy's books are 10 times more frightening than anything Steven King or Koontz can come up with because his stories seem so real. There's no monsters or supernatural stuff . It's always things that could happen to anyone.

I've seen the trailers, and Javier Bardem does a mighty convincing psycho. He's a great actor. I can't say which of the Coen brothers films is my favorite, there's so many. Miller's Crossing is certainly a favorite, as is O Brother, fantastic dialogue and characters.

I'll definitely check this one out.
