Bill & Patty Thames said they were hoping to be there too.

Since there's a football game there this weekend, that area and the parking garage will be pretty crowded so Rick and I were thinking about leaving here (Tallahassee) about 4:00 in the afternoon. That would put us there about 7:00. Let us know where you will be gathering before the show and maybe we can get there a little earlier and join ya If we end up staying that hotel on the river behind the venue, we can gather there - I'll let ya know.

Looks like Rick and I should arrive in Jax around 5:00. We'll be at the Hyatt Regency on the river a few blocks away from the Florida Theatre. Everyone still meeting at London Bridge before the show?

Show was awesome. Gregg can still sing and looks incredibly fit.

I can't remember the setlist, so someone else will have to post that...but started with I'm No Angel, Just Before The Bullets Fly.

He did Key to the Highway, Just Like a Woman, Dreams. Floyd Miles sang a bunch of songs as well.

I must admit, first and foremost I am an ABB fan, so FOR ME, seeing someone else do Warren and Derek's guitar parts is less than desirable...but having said that, Gregg's band is tight. The horn/flute player takes it out there pretty far, but not bad at all.

I will also admit that the reworked version of Whipping Post...very, very interesting, I like it.

For fans of Gregg and his voice...an excellent display. He switches from sitting to guitar and back...acoustic guitar, electric guitar, whatever....his voice is in fine form no doubt.

yeah it is (the move = paying off)

the coolest part for me was seeing Dreams done, they did the one solo part with a saxaphone which worked.

other than that, yeah, great, tight show but not much different from any other good GAF show.

great venue, and great to meet all the Florida crew (actually i knew just about most of them so it was cool).
