This could be the sleeper show of the summer tour. Beautiful area, a little close to nowhere, Evening with, Saturday night, no curfew.

Anybody going? Anyone ever been to a concert at that facility?

I'll be there with a number of good friends. I've been snowboarding up there before, but I have know idea where the concert will be held. There are some great camp sites in the area if your planning to camp. The party up there should be good and they'll probally play a great show, for there fans that travelled out of they're way to see them.

Beautiful area in what we Meeechiganders call "Up North". If you like the outdoors, you'll like it. Never been to the concert venue though. Hoping to make it back home to see this one and Pine Knob the night before. We'll see.

btw, it's not "An Evening With". Larry McCray and Robert Randolph both go on first. I spoke to Larry the other night at Buddy Guy's club and he said they are really excited to be opening for the Brothers. I've seen Larry sit in with them a bunch of times but never open for them.

I know the area pretty well - have been going to a golf/fishin/drinkin reunion near Harbor Springs most every year for 22 years with the old hockey (club) team from MSU. Hugely bummed at the ABB dates, as our gig is always Thur-Sun after Labor day. Can't picture exactly where they would have the stage, etc.

C'mon out to Colorado w/ your board sometime, the snow is way better and the terrian, well there is no comparison. Utah & BC are great as well if you have't already been, but I suspect that you have.
