Having been to both Mule and DTB in The Mean Fiddler in the last few years i can't express how much i hate the venue. Me and two of my friends went to DTB there last year for my 26th B-Day, i was threatened to be stabbed for selling a ticket BELOW FACE VALUE, one of us was thrown out for nothing and in the process nearly broke his arm which for a bass player isn't good, and the other felt something fall on his head which turned out to be a cockroach. Thank god Derek made up for it. So i think this year i'll try The Dam, and lets face it after all the security at the Beacon this year i want to watch Warren without having to look over my shoulder......

I'll be there. I've bought my ticket the moment they went on sale.
I'm Dutch so for me this show is a "home match". I live in the South near the Belgium and German border. Amsterdam is about 2 1/2 hours by train. The Thursday show in Amsterdam is during the first week of my vacation so i'll be travelling to Amsterdam early in the day. So i'll have time for some brewskies. I hope the weather will be fine so i can enjoy the summer sun on the Leidseplein while enjoying a pint of Guinness. The day after the show 'll be doing some shopping in Amsterdam and then i'm heading home.
The same weekend i'll be going to the BRBF Blues Festival in Peer Belgium to catch the Mule again on sunday. Together with The North Mississippi Allstars and John Haitt among others. That could end up in some great jamming........ .
