THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
to Helen and everyone at Helen's Hilton.
Thank you for making this single traveler
feel welcome, and safe - especially in a
new environment such as camping at a
music fest (new experience for me!).

It was absolutely WONDERFUL meeting
everyone, and getting a chance to put
faces with names! From the bottom of my
heart, THANK YOU for everything!!!!
You all ROCK!!!! :-)

Looks like next year we may have to rope off a larger area. We nearly filled the compound up this year. On Wednesday we were spacing everything out in anticipation of who was going to be there and where different ones had their tents set up the previous year. It worked out perfect!!!

Next year we need to come out on Tuesday!!! I really hope they will limit ticket sales so this wonderful fests doesn't get too big. I heard they started on thursday with the number of sales they had last year at 7K and I wonder how many more tickets they sold at the gate. The main stage crowds were bigger than I remember from last year and the crowd for Derek and Susan late night was huge.

The HIlton's definitely rocked... being an unorganized non-planner it was amazing to come back to such a well-run campsite Not only did Helen and Company welcome me but my friends also got a taste of what it was like to be around some really good people. I am so blessed!

Talked with Sweet Helen Irene by phone during Saturday nites' "Dreams''...she could hardly talk....'froggy' would be the word. Can't imagine why this would have occured....hate to think how MissTerriB would have sounded after the weekend as described by so many so well. TOOOO much fun! I'm sure Helen and Mikey took good care of their 'guests' at the Helen Hilton.....Next year fer shur! Call me sugarplum(s) when
you get your voice back and rest up. I want the 'details'! (I watched the Weather Channel and it looked like you were 'safe' for a couple of hours...sounds like it concluded safely weather-wise.)

Everyone, thank you so much for everything. I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for everything that was done. I showed up alone, planning on sleeping in my car...and within the hour I had a tent, air matress, and was talking to a group of people. Everything I'd ever need was right there, including great people and great food. It all brought a new dimension to Wanee that was absolutely wonderful and made my weekend great. Thank you Helen and everyone else that helped make it happen, especially the cooks, who prepared fantastic food for every meal. Aside from that I don't even know what to say...I loved meeting some great people that I spent the weekend with, it was awesome and the rest just can't be put into words...

I for one feel fortunate to have been a guest at the Helen Hilton for two years now. I'll be back as long as the welcome mat is out. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE camped there was a pleasure to be around. I really enjoyed all of you. Thanks for the comradeship, the laughs, the good vibes, etc. Most of all, thanks Helen, Brian and Nancy!

I'd like to add my thanks to Helen, Pat, and everyone involved at the Hilton. It was wonderful to see some of you again--and to meet many for the first time. Thanks for being so gracious toward me. I loved it!

Thank you Helen, Pat, Nancy, Erin and the countless others that should be mentioned for all the work setting up Helen's Hilton. I rolled in at 8:30pm on Thursday evening. I was topping off the many coolers at the site with ice after I arrived and Helen said "you are working too hard!" This coming from someone who worked so hard for days & weeks getting everything set up, organized, loaded, unloaded, planned, cooked etc.

Thank you for the true Southern Hospitality.

It looked like 20K in front of the Brothers on Friday night. Whatever the total was, it topped last year.

I will be back to Wanee, for sure.

Tim

I have to add many thanks to Helen, Pat, Erin, Dillon (you're awesome with kids little brother, and quite knowledgable about the music you like!), TanDan for carting us around (again), and the rest of the crew who made the family functions at Wanee so wonderful! It was great to see all of you!

it was wonderful. My nephew was amazed. He enjoyed hanging out at Helen's and just listening to people talk about music. And the food, of course!

The hospitality and kindness of SO MANY at Wanee is as undescribable as the music there.
