He was in his glory heading to the Sat show, me and him with 6 women in the same elevator from 25th floor to the lobby. He was grinning ear to ear

Jeanne and I worked the door for the Jam for the Cure and it was inspiring to see all the people coming in with huge *smiles* and not only paying to come in but generously reaching down and helping fill the jar for the Bill Ector Medical Fund. We all love Bill so much it just felt damn good to be a part of the effort.
I have to admit that my mid afternoon um, er, "consultation" with Slammer made the event really seem festive!!

We have 2 tickets for the Johnny Winter, Edgar Winter, and Rick Derringer concert this Saturday evening, April 7, 2007 at Patriots Theater at War Memorial in Trenton, NJ. You can find them on the hittinthenote.com website under the Bill Ector Medical Fund section. For those who can't make it to the Beacon, this is a great alternative!
The tickets were donated by a friend, with lots of love - ain't that what this site is all about!

you can go on HTN merchandise section and donate to "Bill's bills". I figured it's the least that we can do for those who couldn't make the parties this year.

So on the other Medical Fund thread I suggest that if you can, send a monthly "Bill" to this good cause. I hate paying certain bills, like the cable bill, but the medical fund check put a smile on my face.

I just visited the HTN website merchandise page and made a donation. It's easy to do and is for a great cause. Bill is a great guy and needs some help. Do what you can.

Let's not forget this wonderful piece of art(donated & created by Mac Bibby) that was raffled off at Wanee 2007!!

And let us also not forget that Syd donated some of his amazing firepit rings w/ everybody's favorite logos on them!

Mark your calendars for Sunday June 3, 2007. We will be having our annual Southern Revival and this year it will be a fundraiser for the Bill Ector Medical Fund. It will be at Mike n Angelos in Buckhead, Atlanta Georgia. I don't have the full list of participants but Tony Tyler Trance will definitely be playing. I will update on this thread and in the Guest Book as more details become available.

Do what you can, when you can for our very special, dear brother. He has given so much to so many of us for 20 plus years.

Thanks for the plug of the Southern Revival. I attended the first and I attended the last. We need a huge turnout this year to help our brother Bill

Couldn't remember if I had posted anywhere, but our dear LUKE won the firepit raffle. We raised $350 for the cause.

Keep on giving folks.
